The improvement opportunity details screen is where you can check specific information about a registered opportunity, as well as view those responsible for its registration, analysis and evaluation, among other details.
To view the details of an improvement opportunity, access the opportunities search screen and search for the opportunity whose details you wish to view:
Upon clicking the opportunity, the system will open the improvement opportunity details screen.
Opportunity Details
Under the Opportunity details tab, the following are displayed:
Information
Organizational unit: Location where the opportunity was registered.
Process: The process related to the improvement.
Origin: Source of the opportunity (e.g., internal environment).
Opportunity type: The area of focus (e.g., processes, quality).
Responsible for registration: The person who registered the opportunity and the registration date.
Change management
Expected results: What is expected to be achieved with the improvement.
Maintaining the integrity of the QMS: Information about conformity with the Quality Management System (QMS).
Resource availability: Whether the necessary resources are available or not.
Allocation/Reallocation of authorities and responsibilities: Details about the distribution of responsibilities.
Responsibles
Validation: Name of the user responsible for validating the plan.
Elaboration of the action plan: Name of the user responsible for elaborating the action plan.
Approval of the action plan: Name of the user responsible for approving the plan and the date it was performed.
Effectiveness evaluation: Name of the user responsible for evaluating effectiveness and the date it was performed.
Analysis and Evaluation
The Analysis and evaluation tab presents the criteria used to assess the relevance of the improvement opportunity. This section allows the user to visualize how the situation was analyzed and what the result of that analysis was.
The information displayed includes:
Probability: Evaluation of the chance of the situation recurring.
Impact: Degree of impact that the occurrence can cause on the process or system.
Weighted result: Result calculated based on probability and impact, indicating whether the opportunity should be implemented or merely considered.
Planning / Implementation
Under the Planning / Implementation tab, the actions defined to address the improvement opportunity are presented.
Each action includes the following data:
What should be done: Description of the planned activity.
Who should do: Person responsible for executing the action.
Until when: Deadline for execution.
Action status: Indication of whether the action is in progress, concluded, or pending.
Finish date: When applicable, shows the date the action was finalized.
Effectiveness
The Effectiveness tab shows the result of the final evaluation of the opportunity, after the execution of the action plan.
It displays the following information:
Evaluated by: Name of the user responsible for the evaluation and the date it was performed.
Result: Indication of whether the action was considered effective or not.
Justification: Field with the justification for the evaluation result.
Attachments: Files that prove the effectiveness of the action, when available.
To return to the search screen, use the Back button in the lower right corner of the screen.
