The Opportunities module allows for the registration of occurrences and nonconformities. This article will detail how to register an improvement opportunity within the module.


To begin a new registration, access the New opportunity for improvement menu:


 


1 - Information 

The system will open the information screen, and it will be necessary to fill it out, as detailed below:

 

Fill in the fields below to register the improvement opportunity:

  • Description: Detail the identified opportunity (maximum 3000 characters);

  • Organizational unit: Select the organizational unit related to the opportunity. If you need to add a new origin, simply click on the field and select (+) Add new;

  • Processes: Select the process affected by the nonconformity. If you need to add a new origin, simply click on the field and select (+) Add new;

  • Origin: Choose the origin of the nonconformity. If you need to add a new origin, simply click on the field and select (+) Add new;

  • Insert Attachments: If you have documents or other evidence related to the nonconformity, click the "Insert attachments" option to add the necessary files;


After completing the fields, click the Next option.


 

2 - Change management In step 2, you will need to fill in the change management details, providing specific information about the changes. After filling it out, click the Next button.



3 - Analyze and evaluate In this step, you must evaluate the impact and probability of implementing the opportunity. To do this, select the desired option on the heatmap. When finished, click the Next button.


 


4 - Responsibles Finally, select the user who will be responsible for the validation of the improvement opportunity. When finished, click the Next button.

 

The system will display a message informing that the Improvement Opportunity was successfully created, and the pending task for its validation will be created for the responsible party.
