Risk re-evaluation allows you to treat a risk again, starting from a detailed analysis. Follow the step-by-step guide below to re-evaluate a risk.


  1. In the system, go to the search screen and select the risk you wish to re-evaluate. This will open the details screen with the risk's current information and status. 
  2. In the bottom right corner of the details screen, under the Effectiveness tab, click the "Re-evaluate risk" button.

  3. A confirmation window will appear with the message: "Do you want to reassess the risk?". Click "Re-evaluate" to confirm and start the re-evaluation process. If you do not wish to continue, click "Cancel"
  4. After confirming, the system will display a success message indicating that the risk is ready for re-evaluation. Now, you can proceed with the process on the tasks screen, returning to the "Analysis and evaluation" step to review and update the risk information.

     

Note: Remember that when re-evaluating, all previous steps, such as Analysis and Evaluation, Planning, and Implementation, may need to be reviewed to ensure that the risk treatment is up-to-date and aligned with the company's current needs.
