To eliminate a risk, it must be under evaluation, in the stages of Analysis and Evaluation, Planning, Implementation, or Effectiveness; in other words, it cannot be finalized. In both stages, you can follow the steps below.
On the Tasks screen, locate the desired risk. To do this, select the unit in the Organizational Unit field or use the available filters by clicking on Filter:
After locating the desired risk, click on the Pencil icon shown on the left side of the screen.
The system will display a new screen where you can delete the risk. Click the trash bin icon on the right side of the screen, as shown in the example below:
When you click the trash bin icon, the system will ask you to confirm the deletion:
When you click Delete, the system will display a message confirming that the risk has been deleted:
If you choose not to delete the risk, you can click Cancel, and the record will be kept in the system:
If the risk analysis has already been completed, you’ll need to access the consultation screen, click on the risk you want to delete, and then click Re-evaluate risk on the screen provided by the system. This will return the risk to the identification stage, where you’ll be able to delete it as described above.
