To assess the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of a risk, follow the steps below.
On the Tasks screen, locate the desired risk. To do this, select the unit in the Organizational Unit field or use the available filters by clicking on Filter:
After locating the risk, click the Open icon in step 5 Effectiveness to begin:
On the screen that opens, the fields to be filled out in this step will be displayed. They are:
Current Probability: based on the actions implemented, select the current probability of the risk (low, moderate, or high);
Current Impact: based on the actions implemented, select the current impact of the risk (low, moderate, or high).
As the probability and impact options are selected, the risk matrix will be updated, showing the previous and current results:
Effectiveness: select one of the options according to your criteria (Effective/Ineffective).
Note: if necessary, you may add a comment in this field.
After completing the form and analysis, click the Conlude button located at the bottom of the screen:
Risk assessed as Effective
Upon completion, the system will display the message below showing the current Risk result, for example:
If you select the option Go to tasks, your analysis will be completed and you will be redirected to the tasks screen to check if there are other pending risks.
If you select the option Go to search, you will be able to view the risk through the query screen as detailed in this article.
If you select the option Treat again, you will be redirected to the planning stage and will follow all the steps again up to the effectiveness verification.
Risk assessed as Ineffective
The risk will automatically be rejected when classified as Ineffective. Upon completion, the system will display the message below showing the current Risk result, for example:
By clicking Go to tasks, you will be redirected to this screen where you will find the pending risk for a new assessment in the planning stage:
If you wish to treat the risk again at this moment, select the option Treat now, and you will be redirected to the planning stage, following all the steps again up to the effectiveness verification.
If you select the option Go to query, you will be able to view the risk through the search screen as detailed in this article.
