The third step in registering a new improvement opportunity is when the user will analyze and define the probability of their organization achieving the desired results and the impact of this opportunity on the company.
The user will utilize the impact x probability matrix (also known as a heatmap) to define the type of approach the company will use for this opportunity. The heatmap can be customized in the module settings, as explained in more detail in the Opportunities Module Configuration article.
To perform the evaluation, simply click on the quadrant corresponding to your analysis, considering the Impact and Probability of your opportunity, and then click "Next" to proceed to the next step:
