The Opportunity Module Configuration screen allows you to customize the criteria and parameters that directly impact the evaluation of opportunities recorded in the system.
To access the configuration screen:
- Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select the "Module Configuration" option from the dropdown menu.
1. Opportunity Criteria:
The system uses an impact vs. probability matrix (also known as a heatmap) to classify opportunities into three types of approaches:
- Implement (green): when the combination of impact and probability justifies immediate action.
- Evaluate (yellow): when further analysis is needed before deciding on implementation.
- Archive (red): when there’s no significant value or priority for action.
To customize the quadrant and axis names, click Edit labels of axes and quadrants.
You can modify:
The quadrant labels (Implement, Evaluate, Archive)
The Probability axis values (Low, Medium, High)
The Impact axis values (Low, Medium, High)
2. Improvement Opportunity Validation:
Define the maximum deadline (in days) for an opportunity to be validated after being registered.
Default example: 30 days.
3. Action Plan Approval:
Enable the "Add action plan approval step" option if you want proposed plans to undergo formal approval before execution. 
4. After completing all desired adjustments:
Click Save to store the changes.
Use the Cancel button to discard any modifications.
