The Nonconformities module allows you to export a spreadsheet with all the data from Occurrences to support easier management. To do this, follow the steps below: 

  1. Click on the Search menu, then select the Occurrences option.  
  2. You can customize the report to include only the columns you want to export. To do this, click the options button (three vertical dots) on the right side of the screen, then select Columns

  3. A screen will open showing the available columns. Check the boxes for the information you want to include, then click Save. 
  4. If you'd like to export only specific records, you can also filter the results before exporting. Click the Filter button. 

  5. Apply the desired filters to find the occurrence records, then click Apply
  6. After selecting all the data and columns you want to export, go back to the options button and click Export
    Note: Depending on the number of records, the system may take some time to process the export. 



  7. Your browser will prompt you to choose a location to save the file. Select your preferred folder, and the file will be successfully saved to your computer.
