After registering a user role, the system allows them to be deleted if they are no longer needed or if they were registered incorrectly.


NOTE: User roles that have already been used in the system (for example, a user has been linked to the role) cannot be deleted or deactivated. In this case, all existing links must be removed before deletion can be performed.


ATTENTIONOnce deletion is confirmed, the deleted data cannot be recovered.


To delete a user role, access the settings menu by clicking on the gear icon. Then, select Roles:



Next, the user roles screen will open. Click on the role you wish to delete:



Upon opening the role registration screen, click the Delete button, located at the bottom of the screen.



After clicking the Delete button, the system will ask for deletion confirmation. Click Delete if you wish to confirm the deletion, or click Cancel if you no longer want to delete it.


 

After confirming the deletion, the system will display a notification indicating that the role was successfully deleted.
