With the Risk Management module, you can export the records of registered risks into a spreadsheet in Excel format. To download the master risk list, follow the steps below.
Locate the Search menu on the home screen and click on it:
To extract only the necessary information, you can use the search filter. To learn more about how to filter the risk list on the query screen, refer to this article. After running the query and identifying the risks you want to export, locate the three-dot icon in the upper-right corner of the risk list:
The system will display several options, including the Columns option, where you can define which columns will be included in the master list and that you want to export. Click this option to set up the information:
Next, on the Columns screen, select the information you want and then click Save to apply the changes. If you wish to exit the screen, click the X or Cancel:
After saving the changes, click the three-dot icon again and select the Export option to download the master list with the selected columns:
When exporting, the system will download the file in Excel format. You can open it directly from your browser, find it in your computer’s Downloads folder, or the folder you've set for saving files.
In the Excel file, you’ll be able to filter and manipulate the data as needed:
