The Nonconformities module allows you to export a spreadsheet with all nonconformity data to support effective management. To do so, follow the steps below: 

  1. Click on the Search menu, then select the Nonconformities option. 

  2. You can customize the report by including only the columns you want to export. To do this, click the options button (three vertical dots) on the right side of the screen, then select Columns
  3. The system will open a screen with the list of available columns. Check the boxes for the information you want to include, then click Save

  4. If you want to export only specific nonconformities, apply filters by clicking the Filter button. 
  5. Use the desired filters to find the nonconformities you're looking for, then click Apply
  6. After selecting the data and columns you want to export, click the options button again and then click Export
    Note: Depending on the number of records being exported, the system may take some time to process the data. 

  7. Your browser will prompt you to choose a location to save the file. Select your preferred folder, and the file will be successfully saved to your computer.
