To view immediate actions registered in the system, follow the steps below:
On the top menu bar, click Search, then select Corrections.
The system will take you to the query screen, where you can use one or more filters. To make your search more effective, try combining as many fields as necessary:
- Type: Search by the type of record (Nonconformities or Occurrences).
- What should be done: Search by the description of the immediate action.
- Who should do it: Select the user responsible for the action.
- Until when: Search by the due date of the action.
- Evidence: Search by the evidence entered for the action.
- Finish date: Filter by the date when the actions were completed.
- Status: Filter by the current status of the immediate actions. The system offers the following status options:
- On time: Only actions still within the deadline.
- Close to the deadline: Only actions that are about to be due.
- Overdue: Only actions that are past the due date.
- Concluded: Only finalized actions.
- Type: Search by the type of record (Nonconformities or Occurrences).
- The system will display the results based on the filters you applied.
- In the list of returned immediate actions, click on the one you're interested in to see its details.
- You can also customize the report by including or excluding visible items:
- Click the three-dot button and select Columns.
- Select the information you'd like to include in the report by checking the boxes. To hide a column, uncheck its box.
- Click Save to apply the changes or Cancel if you don’t want to make any changes.
- To export the data to an Excel file, click the three-dot button again and select Export.
The system will open a window for you to choose where to save the file on your computer.
- Click the three-dot button and select Columns.
