The Nonconformities module allows for the registration of occurrences and nonconformities. This article will detail how to register a nonconformity within the module.
To begin a new registration, access the New Nonconformity menu:
Step 1 - Details
Fill in the fields below to register the nonconformity:
Description: Detail the identified nonconformity (maximum 3000 characters);
Occurrence date: Choose the date on which the nonconformity was identified;
Organizational units: Select the organizational unit related to the nonconformity;
Processes: Select the process affected by the nonconformity;
Origin: Choose the origin of the nonconformity. If you need to add a new origin, simply click on the field and select (+) Add new;
Insert attachments: If you have documents or other evidence related to the nonconformity, click the "Insert attachments" option to add the necessary files;
Notes: If there is any additional information that helps in understanding the nonconformity, fill in the Observations field (maximum 1100 characters);
Define responsible for each step: You must assign the individuals responsible for each step of the nonconformity. The steps include: Cause and Planning, Follow up implementation, Effectiveness.
Due Date: In the due date field, enter the completion date for the implementation of corrective actions.
Notify other users by email: To notify other people about the registration of this nonconformity being opened, check the box Notify other users by email and select the names, in the User field, of those who should receive the email notification.
After completing all fields, click the Next Step option:
Upon proceeding to the next step, the system will issue a notification that the nonconformity has been created and a notification has been sent to the responsible users to proceed to Step 2.
