Upon logging into the system, you will be directed to the tasks screen. Through this screen, it will be possible to track your pending items related to the elaboration, consensus, and approval of documents, the pending items for new revisions by request of other users, or the revisions related to the validity of the documents; below, we will detail each of the options.
In the Elaboration menu, you can track all the documents that are pending for your user to elaborate, build consensus on, or approve. On this screen, the information of the Status, the type of Pending activity, the name of the Document, the Organizational Unit and the Process to which the documents belong, and the Deadline to carry out the pending task for each of the listed documents will be displayed.
In the Request menu, it will be possible to view all documents that are pending due to a request for revision or inactivation generated by another user of the system.
On this screen, the information of the Status, the type of Pending activity, the name of the Document, the Organizational Unit and the Process to which the documents belong, and the Deadline to carry out the pending task for each of the listed documents will be displayed.
And in the Expiration menu, all pending revision tasks generated due to the document's validity having expired will be displayed.

Each of the pending tasks displayed in the menus, detailed above, is signaled by a status (color); the legend for each of the colors is displayed in the footer of the tasks screen.
On time: the pending task is still within the deadline to be performed;
Close to the deadline: the pending task will be changed to this status on the day it is due to expire;
Overdue: this status will be displayed after the deadline for performing the pending task has expired;
Disapproved: this status will be displayed when the document is disapproved in the consensus and/or approval stages.
On this screen, it will also be possible to apply filters; simply click on the option located on the right side of the screen.
After clicking this option, the system will make the fields for selection available; below, we will list each one of them.
Document: In this field, insert the name or code of the document you wish to locate.
Responsibles: In this field, it will be possible to filter by responsible parties, allowing you to view the pending tasks of other users. By default, the system will have the logged-in user predefined in this field. This will only be displayed if the user has permission in their user level; for more information, click here. If your user does not have permission to view Tasks of others, the system will hide this field and display only your user's pending tasks.
Organizational unit: In this field, define the unit you wish to filter and view the pending tasks for; if you do not select any unit, the system will return all as a default.
Process: In this field, you can define the process for which you wish to view the pending tasks; if you do not select any process, the system will return all as a default.
Pending activity: In this field, it will be possible to filter according to the stage of the pending task:
If you are on the Elaboration screen, the system will provide the following pending activity options in this field: Elaboration, Consensus, and Approval.
On the Request screen, the system will provide the following pending activity options in this field: Document Inactivation and New Revision.
On the Expiration screen, this field will not be displayed.
Status: In this field, it will be possible to filter according to the status of the pending task:
On time: the pending task is still within the deadline to be performed;
