On the Tasks screen, locate the desired risk. To do this, select the unit in the Organizational unit field or use the available filters by clicking on Filter:



After locating the desired risk, click the Pencil icon to edit it:


Upon clicking to edit the risk, the system will open a new screen where the risk fields will be available. Change the information as needed and then click Save:


After clicking Save, the system will generate a message notifying "Risk edited successfully," as shown in the example image below:



Edit a Completed Risk

To edit a risk that has already been completed, the user must have the Edit Completed Risks permission enabled in their permission group, as explained in this article.


Access the query screen and locate the completed risk. If preferred, use the Status: Conclued filter to make the search easier:


When accessing the risk report, the system will display the Edit option for all cycles of the risk, allowing you to make the necessary adjustments.


Click Edit, make the desired changes, and finally select Save to apply the updates.
