The user query tool is the search feature that allows quick location and access to all users in the organization who have already been registered in the system. The user query is located in the system settings and has specific fields, thus providing a more refined search. To consult users, follow the steps below, remembering that permission is required.
- Access the Settings menu, located at the top right corner of your screen, by clicking the gear icon, and then click on Users.
- The system will automatically display the list of users registered in the system.
- On this screen, you can use one or more filters (Name, Email, Permission Group, Employee Status). To further optimize the search, try using all the available fields.
- To clear the results of the query, simply click the "X" next to the applied filters.
