We’ve implemented the Activity Records feature, which allows you to view logs with the history of changes made in the Documents module. With this feature, you can see details such as:
- Date and time of the action
- Responsible user
- Type of action performed (edit, add, delete, etc.)
- Identification of the modified item
How to Enable It?
To use this feature, you need to enable the “View activity records” permission in the permission groups.
How to Access It?
Once the permission is enabled, go to the Documents module, click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select the Activity Records option.
The Activity Records screen will open, where you can filter by:
- Identifier: In this field, you can search by document code, category abbreviation, or the name of the modified process.
- Users: Allows you to search for users who made changes in the module.
- Action: In this field, you can select the action the user performed in the system (Added, Edited, or Removed).
- Register Type: Allows you to search by the type of record that was modified (category, document, organizational unit, process).
- Date Range: Allows you to filter a specific time period to analyze the actions performed.
After applying the desired filters, click Apply, and the system will display the results.
