In some cases, it may be necessary to view tasks assigned to other users, such as in support or supervision situations. 


The system allows for this consultation, facilitating the monitoring of ongoing treatments. To do this, you must have the "View all tasks" permission enabled at your user role, as explained in this article.


In the top menu, click on Tasks:



The screen will display pending steps organized by:

  • Validation

  • Planning

  • Implementation

  • Effectiveness


By default, the tasks screen only displays pending items assigned to your user. To view tasks from other users, locate the filter icon in the top right corner of the screen and click the "X" next to the name to remove the responsible person filter:



After this, it is possible to view all pending tasks:



If you wish to return to viewing only your tasks, simply press F5 on your keyboard to refresh the page.
