This article aims to explain all available fields on the user role registration screen.
View list of users: By selecting this option, the user will have access to the list of users registered in the system.
Add users: Allows the user to register new users in the system.
Edit users: Allows the user to change all information for their own user and other users registered in the system.
Deactivate users: Allows the user to deactivate users who are no longer with the company and should no longer have access to the system.
View list of roles: By selecting this option, the user will have access to the list of user roles registered in the system.
Add roles: Allows the user to register new user roles in the system.
Edit roles: Allows the user to change all information for registered user roles.
Delete roles: Allows the user to delete user roles that are no longer in use.
Register organizational units: Allows the user to register the company's organizational units.
Edit organizational units: Allows the user to edit the company's already registered organizational units.
Register processes: Allows the user to register the company's processes.
Edit processes: Allows the user to edit the company's already registered processes.
Activate and deactivate processes: Allows the user to activate and deactivate the company's already registered processes.
