After deactivating a user, it is possible to reactivate them if needed. To do so, simply follow the steps below. Please note that the appropriate permission is required.


  1. Access the gear icon located in the upper-right corner of your screen and select Users

  2. Find the user you want to reactivate and click on their name. 

  3. When the user profile screen opens, review the existing data to ensure you have selected the correct user. Then click on Reactivate
  4. The system will activate the user and display a confirmation message indicating that the user has been successfully updated.
