After deactivating a user, it is possible to reactivate them if needed. To do so, simply follow the steps below. Please note that the appropriate permission is required.
- Access the gear icon located in the upper-right corner of your screen and select Users.
- Find the user you want to reactivate and click on their name.
- When the user profile screen opens, review the existing data to ensure you have selected the correct user. Then click on Reactivate.
- The system will activate the user and display a confirmation message indicating that the user has been successfully updated.
