To view the corrective actions registered in the system, follow the steps below:
On the top menu bar, click Search, then select the item: Corrective Actions.
- The system will redirect you to the search screen, where you can use one or more filters. To further optimize the search, try combining multiple available fields:
- What shoud be done: Search by the description of the corrective action.
- Why: Search by the reason the corrective action was created.
- How: Search by the description of how the corrective action should be performed.
- Where: Search by the location where the corrective action should be executed.
- Who should do it: Select the user responsible for executing the action.
- Until when: Filter by the due date of the corrective action.
- How much: Search by the value entered in the corrective action.
- Status: Filter by the current status of the corrective actions. The system uses the following statuses:
- On time: Actions still within the deadline.
Close to the deadline: Actions close to their due date.
Overdue: Actions that are past due.
- Concluded: Actions that have already been finalized.
- The system will display the results based on the filters you applied.
- In the list of returned corrective actions, click on the one you're interested in to view its details.
- You can customize the report by adding or removing visible items.
- Click the three-dot button and select Columns.
- Select the information you'd like to include in the report by checking the boxes. To hide a column, uncheck its box.
- Click Save to apply the changes or Cancel if you don’t want to make any changes.
- To export the data to an Excel file, click the three-dot button again and select Export.
The system will open a window for you to choose where to save the file on your computer.
- Click the three-dot button and select Columns.
