The dashboard of the Nonconformity Management module was developed to help users easily view the most important data related to the occurrences registered in the system. 


Below, we detail each part of the screen to help you better understand the available options: 


View filters

At the top of the screen, you’ll find filters that allow you to adjust the information displayed on the dashboard.


  • Organizational units
    Select a unit to view only the data related to it. 


  • Processes
    Filters nonconformities according to the processes registered in the system. 


  • Origin
    Allows you to view occurrences based on their origin (e.g., audits, customers, suppliers, etc.). 


Nonconformities tasks by status 


This panel displays a column chart showing the number of tasks linked to nonconformities, classified by type and status. Each column represents a type of task in the treatment flow:


*Correction;
*Cause and planning;
*Implementation;
*Effectiveness. 


Within each column, tasks are segmented by status, identified by colors: on time, close to the deadline, overdue


Nonconformities by organizational units 


This dashboard displays a column chart showing the number of nonconformities recorded by unit distribution.


Nonconformities by processes 


This dashboard displays a column chart showing the number of nonconformities recorded by process distribution.


Nonconformities by origins


This dashboard displays a column chart showing the number of nonconformities recorded based on the distribution of origins.


Nonconformities registered 


This dashboard displays a column chart showing the total number of recorded nonconformities by period.


Nonconformities by effectiveness


This dashboard displays a column chart by period showing the number of nonconformities that were effective and ineffective.

Occurrence tasks by type


This dashboard displays a column chart showing the number of tasks separated by the type of task related to the occurrence, such as:


*Execute corrections;
*Close occurrence.


Occurrences by organizational units


This dashboard displays a column chart showing the number of occurrences recorded based on the distribution of units.


Occurrences by processes


This dashboard displays a column chart showing the number of occurrences recorded by process distribution.


Occurrences by origins


This dashboard displays a column chart showing the number of occurrences recorded by origin distribution.


Registered occurrences and Closed occurrences


These dashboards allow you to monitor the indicators of registered occurrences and closed occurrences in the system, with the option to apply a time period filter. 


*Registered Occurrences Dashboard: This indicator will show the total number of occurrences recorded during the selected period.

*Closed Occurrences Dashboard: This indicator will show the total number of occurrences closed during the selected period.


To view the results, simply fill in the start date and end date fields. If no period is selected, the system will display the overall total. 


Additional dashboard features

In each dashboard panel, at the top right corner, there are icons that offer extra features to facilitate data analysis:


*The magnifying glass with the "+" sign allows you to zoom in on the chart;

*The magnifying glass with the "–" sign allows you to zoom out of the chart;

*The vertical three-dot icon opens a menu with the option to download the chart in SVG, PNG, or CSV formats. To export, simply select the desired format and click to save it to your preferred location on your computer.


These options are useful for those who want to enlarge the view or export the information for presentations, reports, or analyses outside the system.
