The system allows exporting the master document list to an Excel file, so you can consult all documents in this file and perform the necessary controls. To download the master list, follow the steps below:
On the home screen, locate the Search option in the menu and click on it:
On the Search screen, locate the button with three dots in the upper right corner and click on it:
The system will display two options, including the Columns option, where you can define which columns are needed in the master list and that you wish to export. Click on this option to set up that information:
On the Columns screen, select the desired information and then click Save to save the changes:
After saving, click the button with three dots again and select the Export option to download the master list with the selected columns.
When exporting, the system will download the Excel file, which you can open in your browser, find in your computer’s Downloads folder, or in the folder set to save the file:
In the Excel file, you will be able to filter and manipulate the data as desired:
