Immediate actions are those initial measures that help control or minimize the problem as soon as it is identified. They are generally palliative, designed to resolve the situation at that moment, until the cause and next steps are better understood.

To continue, simply fill in the data for step 2 in the Correction tab.

You can register one or more immediate actions by filling in the following fields:

  • What should be done: Objectively describe the action that will be executed. (Example: Replace the damaged goods.)

  • Who should do it: Select the person responsible for executing the action.

  • Until when: Define the deadline for the action's conclusion.

If the user registering the action is also the one responsible for executing it, they can complete this step immediately. To do so, simply click the Complete button located in that action's row. Doing so will advance the system to the action completion screen:

On this new screen, it is necessary to fill in the following information:

  • Finish date: Inform when the action was concluded.

  • Evidence: Describe what proves the action was executed.

  • Attachment (optional): If there is a related file (photo, document, etc.), you can add it here.

After filling out the fields, click Save to save the action's completion and advance to the next step:

If the immediate action is not executed by the same user who is registering the non-conformity, it can be directed to another responsible person. To do this, simply click Conclude after filling in the action's information:

With this, the pending task will be automatically generated on the responsible user's Tasks screen, who can then access it, track the deadline, and complete the action when finished:

In this immediate actions step, it is also possible to:

  • Add another correction:

  • Remove a registered action by clicking the trash can icon:

  • Delete NCR: Deletes the non-conformity registered so far (⚠️ irreversible action):

  • Back: Returns to the previous step without erasing the entered data.

After concluding this step, the system will automatically direct you to Step 3 – Cause Analysis.
